Picking up a camera for the first time at age 8, Scott S. Clinton always knew what he wanted to be when he grew up… A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER!
Since that moment, Scott has been living the dream. After completing his high school education in his home town of Omaha, NE, he moved on to the photography program at Washington University, in St. Louis. While there his visual sensibilities began to develop… A process which was fueled by internships with well respected commercial photographers in Omaha and St. Louis.
After graduating from Wash U, Scott decided that he needed to “go big or go home.” So, He made the decision to move to New York City, in pursuit of his dream.
In the early years, Scott worked with numerous well known and respected photographers with a wide variety of specialties… From fashion to interior architecture to editorial portraiture to still life. Working for these men and women served as the figurative icing on his educational cake.
Fast forward 12 years… Scott finds himself with a nice client base of his own in New York City and more in Charlotte, Baltimore, Austin, and Omaha.
When he isn’t shooting pictures in NYC, Scott enjoys traveling, trap shooting, screening the latest blu-rays, going to concerts, spending time at his second home in Charlotte, NC.
